Booking and payment conditions

• The reservation will be effective upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount into the account of the company Vivier des Cresses SRL, at 6688 Flamisoul: BE43 1431 1851 4301 - BIC GEBABEBB.

• The balance is due 10 days before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

• The deposit of €500 to be paid by transfer in advance will be refunded within the week following the day of departure in the absence of damage caused.

• Credit cards are not accepted.

• If a stay is shortened, the full amount of the stay is due.

 

Practical information

• Arrival: between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (please contact us if you arrive outside these hours).

• Departure: before 11 a.m.

• "Late check-out" possible until 5pm instead of 11am for an additional 100€ (only possible if there is no check-in at 5pm that day). Do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email if you wish to take advantage of this option.

• "Early check-in" is possible for an additional 20€ per hour (only possible if there is no check-out that day). Do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email if you wish to take advantage of this option.

• In the event of incorrect sorting of rubbish, a fine of €25 will be imposed per rubbish bag.

• Bed linen, bath and wellness linen as well as charges and cleaning are included in the price.

• Firewood: 20€ / basket

• We also have contacts with local artisans for other services such as catering, bakery, catering, etc. Do not hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to give you these good addresses!
